Gavin Will receiving Employee of the Month award at Albertsons
Employee of the Month · Albertsons

The Helping Hand began with something simple: walking a neighbor’s dog.

What started as one small job quickly grew through word-of-mouth, repeat customers, and a commitment to showing up, working hard, and helping people however we could. From pet care and car washing to moving help, yard work, cleanups, and odd jobs, every project became an opportunity to earn trust and build relationships within the community.

The business was founded by Gavin Will, whose dedication to customer service and reliability earned him Employee of the Month at Albertsons. Through experience as a Social Media Coordinator, Personal Assistant, and neighborhood helper, Gavin learned that many people don’t need a large company—they just need dependable people willing to help.

As demand grew, The Helping Hand evolved from a one-person operation into a growing team. Today, Nathaniel and Chris work alongside Gavin, allowing us to take on larger projects while maintaining the same personal, local approach that started it all.

We’re still growing, still learning, and still looking for new ways to serve our community. Whether it’s walking a dog, organizing a garage, washing a car, or tackling a project that’s been sitting on your to-do list for months, our goal remains the same:

Provide honest work, dependable service, and a helping hand whenever it’s needed.
